最近因為減脂狂做有氧運動
有個疑問想請教
有人說我想減脂的話不能光做有氧,還要配合重訓,這樣是對的嗎?
但是我也有朋友跟我說,因為他的主力放在減脂,所以把有氧運動的比例調的比重訓高
他不想練重訓把肌肉操大,結果瘦不下來
