7/20 就要開始去上班了
打算工作穩定之後就要開始去健身
之前在家有段時間深蹲
感覺當時肉有比較緊實
但發現大腿前的一大片肉
只要微微蹲下就會硬一大塊
該怎麼讓它不要那麼壯呢
最近去找我熱衷健身的朋友
她說深蹲練臀但是腿會變壯
是真的嗎…?

可以就我目前體態給我一些意見
之前深蹲一陣子出國就荒廢了
也難怪那屁股這麼塌…
目前打算是
繼續之前的深蹲及飲食控制
1.自己弄些少油的料理
2.多吃雞胸肉及魚肉
3.若是家裡大人煮青菜過水再吃
順便一問如果自製沙拉
應該什麼時候吃&吃的頻率?
之前不知道看哪說
吃太多沙拉對女生體質也不好
以上這些問題就勞煩大家了^_^
