不好意思第一次發文見諒,之前太胖被唸要減肥,中間有測幾次inbody

最近量骨骼肌掉3kg有點嚇到,是因為測的機器不一樣?

目前都自己煮有點懶,都一餐搞定

糙米飯1拳
雞胸肉2大片
蛋2顆
魚1.5尾
豆腐1塊
青菜一大把
干貝2顆
沒在喝飲料只喝水跟乳清
mpt1匙+桂格大燕麥
嘴饞會吃0卡優格或能量果凍飲
斷食204從減肥開始持續到現在,沒有作弊日
重訓每星期3天,每天1小針對大肌群,器材4項每項12下4組
沒重訓就打球每天4小,沒有休息日
沒有紀錄體態拍照的習慣,只有之前證件照跟隨便拍的

目標是減到80以下,想請問我該應該如何調整讓肌肉不要掉那麼快?
