減脂規劃 附圖請益 - 健身

花了一段時間增肌,大約都是吃2600左右。
目前規劃要做減脂,但因為第一次做看了很多影片和文章,心中只有一些粗略的概念。
目前一天規劃吃1600
蛋白160-170
碳水150
脂肪50左右
這是今天吃的
