性別:男
年齡:35
身高:172
體重:92
BMI:30
體脂率 :27
三餐內容:以拳頭作單位,我的拳頭約10*10*8大小
早餐:1拳頭大飯糰,餡料占1/4,含魚鬆及1/4水煮蛋
午餐:便當,1/2拳頭飯4份蔬菜總量約1.5拳頭大
晚餐:1/2拳頭飯,4蔬菜總量約2拳頭大,1支棒棒腿大小的魯雞肉
其他:非常規律的這樣吃
日常作息時間:7點起床,午休半小時,晚上12點睡
生活型態:上班族整天都坐著
健康狀況:否
有痛風,所以才決心減脂
運動習慣: 每天晚餐後1小時自行車約18公里,雨天用40分鐘x-bike代替
有意識到就隨時做腹式呼吸
我的問題:想問我的三餐分別吃多少熱量,有沒有好的修改建義
以上已經進行一個月了,想加入核心肌群訓練,卻發現我完全做不來
橋式撐沒10秒就趴了,有沒有負擔較小的訓練推薦讓我慢慢加強
