對不起 再問個問題
我知道不該在意體重數字ˊ_>ˋ
但是我從85公斤瘦下來
真的希望能瘦到48公斤左右
如果我想練線條又在意數字
是否應該瘦到46再開始仰臥起坐呢?
我身高165 體脂最近21 謝謝
