小弟目前 身高177 體重72 體脂20%
用網站測一下 基代是1760 大卡 不知道準不準?!
爬文說要吃超過基代 但又怕吃太多 > <
早餐(11點左右)
BBQ雞腿堡(菜單上寫300多大卡)+無糖豆漿
中午餐
2片全麥土司
傍晚運動
晚餐
自助餐(菜+瘦肉)
睡前
2片全麥土司
不知道這樣有沒有吃超過基代 ?!
這樣菜單可以嗎 是否需要做調整@@
另外想問一下 看到有人推薦吃堅果
堅果熱量不是很高嗎 ?! 油脂不會太高嗎?!
一次大概吃幾顆?!
