減重+減脂飲食菜單與運動菜單求建議 - 健身

今天終於有想到來更新一下狀況了XD!
順便把4月份的補一下~~
之後的就沒有記錄到肌肉%跟基代了
反正那也只是參考用的
性別:男 身高:168 年齡:31
10/18 11/15 12/12 01/21 03/13 04/30 05/31
體重:103 >>96.4 >>91.4 >>85 >>80.2 >>77.6 >>74
BMI :36 >>34.2 >>32.4 >>30.1 >>28.4 >>27.5 >>26.2
體脂:34% >>31.3% >>28.6% >>25.7% >>21.2% >>19.2% >>17%
肌肉:27.6% >>29% >>30.2% >>31.4% >>33.8% >>34.7% >>N/A
基代:2055 >>1975 >>1916 >>1833 >>1786 >>1756 >>N/A
基本上飲食沒有多大改變
早餐:肉蛋生菜吐司不抹美乃滋 + 無糖燕麥125ml + 無糖豆漿125ml
午餐:一碗半白飯 + 3~4樣自助餐青菜 + 一份肉 + 1~2顆蘋果份量的水果
晚餐:一碗半白飯 + 一桶滷味燙青菜(大約是阿Q桶麵滿出來的菜)
+ 一份滷味燙肉 + 一份豆製品(豆皮之類的) + 1~2顆蘋果份量的水果
然後運動過後一定是450ml無糖豆漿灌下去o.o
運動內容在4月中過後比較有改變
每周一三五 慢跑至少5km,至少約40min。
每周二四 階梯有氧1hr
視當日狀況 仰臥起坐15下一組,共3組。
今天終於下定決心上健身房了
預計以後
每周一三五 慢跑至少5km,至少約40min。
每周二四六 健身房訓練核心肌群,由於這是我這輩子第一次上健身房,所以...
先上滑步機20~30min暖身
菜單主要以背肌、胸肌、腹肌為主,暫定12下一組,做2~3組。
手的部分因為都會用到所以沒有特意安排。
沒有分配腿的原因是因為經過有氧老師跟重訓的教練判定:
"很粗勇沒有縮小的希望所以不要再練了"
如果慢跑當天肌肉有點不適,則改階梯有氧或X-bike等較緩和的有氧
所以我猜周三可能以階梯有氧取代慢跑的機會蠻多的
如果周六日剛好很閒沒人約(還蠻常的?),就去練游泳= ="
不知道這樣的安排可不可以,希望大家給點建議

這個5月對我來說真是一個新的里程碑,
參加了人生中第一次的路跑,
不過因為不熟只報了2.5km= =...結果根本就是打醬油的,
光是從淡水騎車到新北市政府的單趟時間都比我跑的時間長...
另外就是我的體脂!17%!第一眼看到還以為我看錯了!
根本高興到在房間裡跳來跳去~
不過看到內臟脂肪卡在10...就又冷靜了Orz,卡了快一個多月了
之前11卡一個多月,現在10不知道要卡多久...
是說現在體重下降速度沒有以前那麼快了,
而且之後好像還有很多大餐要吃= =...一堆人結婚慶生是怎樣囧...
然後最近看到餅乾會偶爾放鬆吃個一兩塊> <,好像不該這樣子QQ
所以之後還是要注意一下就是Orz
畢竟,我要等70kg有人要請我吃大餐啊(咦)!
