減重35天後的小小心得 - 美體

目前身高: 172
目前體重: 84.1
BMI:28 (BMI<18.5請勿發文) BMI=體重/身高平方(單位公尺)
心得分享:
1. 多喝檸檬水,每天至少喝到2000cc
我本人是喝到3000cc,不喝飲料,不喝冰水。
2. 睡眠充足,儘量每天睡到7小時
3. 不吃下午茶,不吃油炸燒烤
4. 所有飲食一律水煮,頂多加入蔥薑蒜調味(魚),
海鮮類盡量先泡水去鹽,太淡最多加一些薄鹽醬油
肉選擇 雞腿肉去皮 魚 豬的里肌肉 腰內肉
5. 少吃澱粉,每餐要吃飽
6. 有氧運動要做,我每天騎X-bike 一小時,還可以邊騎邊打psp 看電影等等
從開始參加塑身班減重到現在
已經過了35天了
成功減掉9.1kg
真的感覺到減重是要持續的
目前在掙扎要不要連重訓一起做@@
離標準體重還有很長的路要走
很擔心後面會不會沒有毅力
希望大家一起努力
