減重之後 增肌問題 - 健身

小弟身高177cm
當初去健身房量inbody
體重79kg
體脂率26%
經過長時間的減少熱量跟做有氧運動
現在是66.3kg
體脂率17%
基本上每天熱量控制在1700上下,主要是不想要太大隻
現在身材明顯的瘦下來,手臂微肌肉感,但腹肌一直出不來
是飲食方面出了問題嗎? 還是運動問題?
四五日(高機會罷工,有聚餐的話..)
(都在房間做)
周一:一小時有氧
週二:核心加有氧
週三:休息
週四:有氧(上肢or臀腿)
週五:核心
週六:休息
週日:核心(+臀腿)
