跑,從跑兩百公尺就喘,慢慢練到能跑3k...
12月,承接了別人健身房沒用完的會期,開始減肥生涯,那時的成績單

體重76.8kg
骨骼肌 33.1kg
體脂肪18.1kg (體脂肪23.6%)
基礎代謝1638Kcal
這段期間、我重訓、跑步。 盡力不吃油炸品,不喝飲料,其他的就正常吃。
到今天,剛好到健身房續約,送了一次inbody..
這次的成績
身高178cm
骨骼肌31.3kg
體脂肪11.4kg (體脂肪17%)
基礎代謝1575 Kcal
腰圍由36降低到28
血壓不用吃藥,肝指數完全正常..現在最常吃的藥反而是運動傷害的肌肉鬆弛
成績單表示
這半年我減少了6.7kg的脂肪、卻也減少了1.8kg的肌肉..老實說心情有點沮喪..沒有達到
前輩們增肌減脂的狀況。 但既然又
續約了一年,明年我要把肌肉練起來....
非常感謝這段減肥過程,各位前輩的指導,讓我少繞了很多錯誤的路...
另外的心得..減肥是很昂貴的,衣服通通不能穿,全部重買得花上一大筆....
