看版上大家經常說每天吃東西要吃到基代+運動損失的熱量
麥當勞1955單點大概600+中薯350
=950
一天吃個兩餐也差不多剛好滿足基代吧
若有加上運動跟本剛好不是嗎
為何推文都說想瘦就不要吃
本肥宅剛好在吃麥當勞看到推文感到不解
