以前早餐是都到外面吃 但外面早餐真的偏油
改吃吃玉米麥片+牛奶或吐司+燕麥後 感覺腸胃改善不少
不過最近看到某早餐穀物主打高纖維
表示麥麩的纖維含量其實比燕麥多 而且熱量也比燕麥低?
我在板上搜尋是沒看到麥麩的心得...有人吃過麥麩穀物之類的嗎?因為感覺自己平常在
外面的飲食攝取的纖維比較少 想改善一下
如果想多攝取纖維又吃得健康的話 早餐有什麼選擇呢?
