怎麼擠出時間運動和進食 - 健身

各位好
想請問大家,如果像我這種狀況的話,要怎麼擠出時間運動和進食
目前生活作息是早上約七點起床,通勤時間約30-40分
八點上班,五點半下班,晚上需要去上工地主任班
六點上課,上到十點
回到家差不多晚上十點半左右了...
目前的飲食,大多集中在中午那一餐
下午上班時間是沒有時間進食的,下班後要馬上去上課
也沒有時間進食了...
我原本的想法是,晚上下課後,去運動30分鐘,再吃一點食物
然後才回家洗澡睡覺,這樣也快十二點了
但想想後,認為很不切實際
不知道各位有沒有好辦法可以幫幫我~''~
