從當兵後養成固定運動習慣,目前有在練專項,一週約四五天,已練四年。為增加專項表現而做重訓,從一開始一週兩次,到今年初增加為一週三到四次。每次皆做全身性訓練,深蹲、硬舉、握推、划船、肩推、引體向上等。
今年開始吃增重蛋白,體重由原本的57kg升現在62kg,希望在體重不破65kg的狀況下提升肌肉量,請各位提示下一步應該怎麼做,謝謝。
