七、八年前開始了慢跑的減肥之路,也順利減到了
自己想要的體重,這之間換了幾項的運動,慢跑、
公路車、游泳、重訓,最後除了重訓,全部都存活
下來,因為上健身房有花不少$$。
前幾年愛上了路跑比賽,開始跟跑友一起練習,課
表不外乎間歇、配速跑、LSD,但這些項目佔去了
我大部分的時間,整個星期除了跑步外,很難再撥
出時間做其他的運動,公路車、游泳也就荒廢了。
前年放棄了路跑賽,但還是會跟跑友一起跑,只是
換了菜單,我只跟他們慢跑,偶爾跟他們衝個幾圈
,一切變得隨性了,但我的時間也自由了,最近又
開始騎公路車了,也開始游泳了,不過我發現我的
極限是處理二項運動,也就是說在一個月的運動週
期裡,只存在二項運動,如果硬要塞入第三項,就
會變成放棄另一外一項,因為時間不多,身體的惰
性,或者是厭倦感吧!所以我還蠻佩服那些練鐵人
三項的運動者,可以一次處理三項運動。
不過我發現,不管怎麼換,都是游泳、慢跑、公路
車都替換,偶爾會加進來的登山,很難再來其他運
動了,偶爾會穿插登了,不過也只是曇花一現。人
到中年連運動都定型了,希望身材也不要走樣了。
很好奇大家每個星期都會做的運動有哪些?一次能
處理幾個運動項目?
