從去年八月開始加入健身房
前後花了三萬九買一對一教練課 (已經上完了)
但是我並沒有很依賴教練
除了一個禮拜兩堂的教練課
我另外會找兩到三天再去運動
所以一個禮拜大概運動四到五天
效果最明顯的是 剛開始減肥的三個月(9 10 11月)
尤其是惱人的下半身 瘦最多 屁股大腿整個小1.2號
現在的體重大概維持11月那樣
進入了停滯期
但是我仍然在努力 朝著目標53公斤前進
持之以恆的運動是瘦下來的關鍵
雖然要配合飲食
例如少吃油炸的(雖然我偶爾還是會偷吃一下)
盡量七點後就不吃東西
所以我要吃的東西 我就會在七點以前把他吃完
絕對不能靠少吃或是絕食變瘦
這樣等你恢復飲食後 基礎代謝會變低
反而會更容易胖(這我做過實驗 數據真的會證明喔)

PS 有板友問我的身高 現在是166.5
從國小畢業就沒再長高過了 體重到是長了不少 ><
