本人176公分已從90公斤受到剩下76外表看起來還是有點胖胖的肚子也還是有贅肉那如果我現在開始做重量訓練可以嗎?還是說要等在瘦一點再做?可以邊做邊減肥嗎?那如果我一個禮拜做三天每天大約一小時(每天不同部位)那大概多久可以看的出效果拜託不要廣告...Showmore
