減重減的有點心酸 - 健身

最近真的好心酸
以前是用不吃晚餐等等的降低熱量攝取來變瘦
自從爬文後開始想要健康的瘦下來
基代是1780
但沒能精確於數字上的計量,可能有時或多或少
運動之前都沒減脂越練越厚大家都說我變胖了= =
所以開始重訓在家做做而已。取而代之每天快走30分or腳踏車
或是去打球之類的
結果下來變黑不少,但體脂根沒運動時一樣紋風不動..
前幾天周末吃了喜酒+朋友聚會 吃蠻多東西
整個肚子又回來了
體脂還是浮動在25%
至於吃的東西也少油少鹹
晚餐會刻意更清淡一點
真的是很難過,因為怎麼那麼難
看不到一點點的成效讓人很心酸阿
