減重的速度會不會太慢? - 美體

減肥至今 四個多月 大約減了6-7公斤左右
最近這陣子體重一直下不去
上禮拜連續運動六天.每天一小時以上~
才稍微下降一點點
下午晚上偶爾會吃甜食或澱粉
不過量不多
請問我這樣的減重速度會不會太慢了??
我是希望以運動 控制飲食為主 慢慢減下來
只是最近覺得體重都下不去 不知哪裡出問題
我要如何改善呢?
