嗯...老實說我大部分時間都潛水在板上,
很少很少浮出水面來,也不是什麼高手,也沒學過厲害的專業知識^^"
不過,因為昨天剛上完一堂營養師的課,
恰巧看見原PO神奇的晚餐,來說說我昨天聽到什麼好了。
: 晚餐不碰澱粉,兩顆茶葉蛋,柳丁一至二顆

昨天的演講(嚴格來說比較像是學校社團內的分享會,不過對方是貨真價實的營養師)
我對一週能吃幾顆「蛋」印象非常深刻,
營養師的說法是「建議」一週吃三顆就好,
這裡的三顆是指「有形」的,暫時先不把加在麵皮、蛋糕裡的算進去。
想當然爾營養師一講出口全場傻眼!
一週只吃三顆真的很困難啊,天天早餐店一下就超過了>"<
不過營養師的說法是,人一天建議攝取的膽固醇量在300mg以內,
算寬鬆一點的話就算400mg好了,
而一顆蛋黃就有250mg的膽固醇,
等於一下子就吃進了一天攝取量的一半以上,
再吃個其他食物很容易就到達上限,才會有一週三顆就好的建議。
如果很愛吃蛋又不想要有高膽固醇,那就要把蛋黃拿掉,
但這樣超浪費的,而且蛋就是有蛋黃才好吃啊~~~╰(‵皿′*)╯
所以...原PO這樣吃不管吃得少不少(以我這位弱女子來說也是超~~~少),
我覺得在食物的挑選上也要注意一下,
減肥是要達到健康,不是減掉質量而已。
