減重遇到停滯期了…請幫我看一下菜單! - 美體

本來就是個不瘦的人了…
因為到寒冷的國外唸書
體重更是直線上升
回台灣後才發現自己胖了很多…
就花了大概半年從73kg--->63kg
但是現在遇到停滯期
照我原來的菜單和運動都沒用了
我這幾個月的菜單+運動是
每天喝1500c.c.以上的水
每天走路上班來回是30分鐘(算是快走不是散步)
一星期泡半身浴3次,瑜珈一星期會做個2-3次; 一次大約10-15分鐘
早餐: 麥片+牛奶
午餐: 生菜沙拉1份+御飯團1個or手捲2個or豆皮壽司3個
最近因為天氣比較冷所以會加一個超商有賣的速泡湯(蕃茄蛋花湯)
六日如果在家午餐會正常吃
晚餐: 水煮冬粉1份+燙青菜1份+苜宿芽手捲1份+1份肉類(牛、豬、羊、魚類每天換著吃)
飯後會吃1份水果(大多是蘋果、柳丁、梨子)
每個月會有2次晚餐聚會,不過我都不會吃飯,只吃肉和菜類
請大家幫我看一下,給我一些改善的方法或建議!
目前的目標我希望可以減到50-55kg啊~~~
