減體脂請教 - 健身

三餐內容
早餐:豆漿、三明治(很餓時為兩個)
午餐:外訂便當。
晚餐:不吃或自助餐(只菜不肉)
日常作息時間:
一 ~ 五為晚上11~12點就寢,早上七點起床,中午有一小時睡覺時間。
生活型態:
體力工作者。
運動習慣:
目前一 ~ 四為跳鄭多燕有氧半小時,五 ~ 日為跑健身房踩樓梯機一小時
、重訓一小時。
我的問題:
原本我是聽從幸福診所的建議,食譜運動完全照他們所說的那樣作,結果瘦是
瘦很多啦,也還瘦的滿健康的,不過缺點就是,減都是減掉肌肉,體脂卻只有慢慢
降,礙於這個原故,我開始去健身工廠,我在健身工廠主要是作二頭肌、三頭肌、
胸肌、肩頭那塊肌都各25KG、腹肌45KG,一次作10到15下,休息30秒再繼續作,作
到約60下為止,就這樣一個月下來,雖然說二頭肌有變粗,可是那是在手出力情況
下,一但手臂放下來,就會變成"側拍蹄膀照",請問要怎麼訓練才能讓手臂放下來
也有線條呢??
另外,從小我的肚子、大小腿就很粗,在之前我從9X減到現在73多雖然也有明
顯的瘦下來,可是,相對於其他等重的人,我的體態仍顯得肉,請問要怎麼減脂比
較好呢??不用到六國八國,只要有線條就好XD
補充一下,我的工作是台塑的外包,如果是要自己煮的話就要早上起來煮著放
,然後就要放到中午還不能壞,所以之前在減重時,早中餐都是一個餐盒的"青菜"
,裡面就青菜、海菜、豆腐or蒟蒻、水煮蛋(早2午1),皆加醬油煮,另外早餐再多
一杯豆漿,晚餐基本上就是喝純菜湯、或者不吃,這樣雖然瘦滿快,就是體脂不太
妙,所以請問體脂要怎麼"快速且健康"的降下來呢?? ps.硬一點沒關係,健康的方
法就好;宿舍為荒郊野外,沒有任何的運動場所,田埂除外,另有兩個六公斤的小
