快走速度有辦法再增加嗎? - 健身

請問一下,我現在固定每周約4~5天會去操場(200公尺)快走
那大概是先拉筋5分鐘
然後2m20s走三圈 2m10走三圈 2m四圈
1m50s左右約10圈,最後1m40s 10圈作結尾
之前從2m開始進步比較明顯,可是最近一兩個月
怎麼走都就是1m40s,好像無法再突破上去了?
這是代表應該要去練練重訓了嗎?
