版上已經有不少人討論過局部瘦身的"不可行性"
小弟也google了一些英文的文獻,大部分也說
仰臥起坐只能鍛鍊腹肌,但是卻無法改變腹部脂肪細胞的分佈...
而腹部脂肪細胞數量其實跟遺傳與幼年的飲食習慣比較有關
這是不是意味著,腹部脂肪越多的人,越鍛鍊,肚子(肌肉+fat)反而會越大?
難道成年人如果要瘦腰只有抽脂一途嗎?
