目前大家看起來還是覺得原PO是個瘦子
只不過我自己知道 我發胖了 = =
褲子都穿不下
屁股和大腿因為萬惡的辦公室久坐
變胖了~~~
上半身還挺正常的
想說要去游泳減肥
不過 不想每天洗頭也不想天天把臉泡在水裡
想到一個很蠢的方法
趴在浮板上 雙腳一直自由式踢走 游來游去
(原PO會游泳啦!!!)
不知道這樣效果大不大??
