游泳受寒 - 健身

今天去游泳
中途有起來幾次 起來的時候覺得很冷 有吹到風
游完之後覺得頭好暈 之前都不會這樣
一直到現在還是 而且感覺體溫好高 沒辦法排熱
是不是毛孔縮起來造成體熱無法排出
我感冒的症狀都不會是這樣的方式
再懷疑是不是游泳起來幾次授韓的關係
有人可以教我一下該怎麼才會比較舒服嗎....
