游泳強度 - 健身

現在一週都有四天會去游泳
一次游一千四 四十五分鐘以內游完,沒中斷
不過我游起來,其實都不會覺得累
頂多喘一分多鐘,就又好了
但是想要游更快,中途就會覺得很累
所以都是照著自己覺得平順的速度游
這樣強度夠嗎?有達到減脂效果嗎?
