游泳的自由式VS蛙式 - 美體

先說明一下我的狀況
我是屬於那種四肢末端較細(下手臂和小腿)
但肩膀骨盆手臂大腿和身體軀幹較胖的類型
最近想以游泳來減肥請問比較適合那種姿勢?
此外
我自由式常常遊25M就超喘超累
但蛙式卻可以由很久很久才小喘
所以我應該選擇比較可以持續的蛙式嗎?還是容易累的自由式?(持久不累VS心跳快容易累)
但朋友又說運動就是要累才有效果= =?(疑惑)
所以想請教大家的意見~謝謝
PS同理....想請問慢跑是要維持一定的速度還是就真的很慢但持久比較重要?
因為我都是慢到走的還比我快.....(才能維持很久)
