這幾週因為頻頻練舞,每天幾乎5~6小時
正餐(三餐正常)吃半飽,由於運動量大,我自己覺得吸收有變好= ="
當然,便便次數也變得比較少,也比較乾。
我上周逛愛X看到蘋果醋(無糖)就買了一瓶,水裡添加幾匙
每天都正常排便
會變瘦我不敢說,但想要腸道健健康康,我想醋是一個不錯的選擇^^
