游泳越游越冷 - 健身

就是最近開始練習游泳,在溫水游泳池游水溫約24度上下
因為有先沖一下熱水加熱身,剛下水時都還可以接受不會覺得很冷
但是游到600m左右會開始覺得越游越冷…
然後游到目標1.5km起來後,手臂、腿會發紫
全身瘋狂發抖,抖得比勁量電池的兔子還來勁
跑去沖熱水也沒什麼用還是會一直覺得很冷
請問這有什麼方法改善呀…orz
我有試著游上來馬上喝薑湯也沒有太大用處
會是因為我比較瘦體脂不高有關係嗎…?
(前次量是約一年半前公司健檢 18%,現在估計更低。如有需要可以附圖供各位神人目測)

另外因為上次一不小心手一滑就報了碧潭鐵人三項
所以最近開始練習游泳
而鄙人公司剛好有個游池可以游免錢的
但是為了安全問題,所以規定要兩人以上一起才可以進去游
加上我偷懶又怕冷,希望順便徵個人固定一起練習
公司在北二高新店交流道附近,打算在二、五晚上或週末固定一天游
如果有人有興趣的話請站內信與我聯絡
男女不拘,比基尼辣妹佳!
