爬文之後發現大家都說湯不要喝
我自己在會煮一些蔬菜的湯
調味料方面 有鹽巴 柴魚片 康寶的鮮味炒手 還會放些黑胡椒
料就是高麗菜 青椒 洋蔥 海帶芽 胡蘿蔔(反正就是一堆青菜ˊˋ)
因為怕鈉含量太高調味方面也是清淡
我沒有沾醬和放油.......
這樣的湯也不能喝嗎? @@
