原PO男生 27歲 178 80
目標 68
早餐 無 or 柳橙汁一杯
午餐 大碗大滷麵 or 肉羹麵+小菜一碟 or 袋裝泡麵1.5包 (中餐不太忌口)
晚餐 水煮豆芽菜+青菜豆腐湯 or 芭樂
運動 三千公尺 一週約3次
原PO是個很會吃的男生 年輕的時候以為自己吃不胖(66KG) 便毫無節制的猛吃
而且原PO不管是吃東西的速度跟量人家都已為體重會輕鬆破百
八十人家都說已經算是很神奇了
而且相當愛吃到飽 麻辣鍋那類的
曾經去晶華柏麗廳吃了五個小時 從晚餐吃到他們要閉店 Orz
而且口味很重 很愛吃辣!!!!!!!!!!!!
以上這個菜單 除了中餐覺得自己還像個人
晚餐看大家都吃的很開心 我只能啃芭樂吃豆芽
有飽足感沒滿足感
不知道還有什麼調味方式可以增加風味
或是說該怎麼修改??
當然中餐我清楚是個問題 但是中餐也忌口 我就覺得我人生快沒意義了 Q皿Q
