滑輪下拉練擴背肌 - 健身

小的今天在健身房拉了30分鐘的滑輪下拉
最後終於感受到背部的出力了!!
恩... 不過那個位置好像是斜方肌下側...(還是僧帽肌??)
感覺是肩筴骨下方靠脊椎的肌肉在用力
姿勢方面我是把手臂打很開,肩膀有點上縮
運動的時候,手肘上下移動不大
請問這是正確的嗎???
還是小的姿勢錯了???
