重訓對生活品質的影響 - 健身

我是依照p90x 作一堆伏地挺身的花樣(military、decline、diamond、wide-fly、Dive-Bomber)
還有舉啞鈴動作(heavy pant、Lawnmowers、back fly)
標準的伏地挺身作2x下後,接著要做那些變形的伏地挺身幾乎都沒辦法了
這邊也有個疑惑,看板上一些人說伏地挺身似乎訓練肌肉效果不大?
我遵照的教學卻一堆伏地挺身,要自己做修改嗎?
還有有氧運動的時機,fitness板上有人說做完重訓後作,可先吃些東西
但我看一本教學的書(外文版),上面說最好是早上空腹作,這樣才會消耗到脂肪
沒有空腹作有氧,身體就會直接消耗掉吃掉的能量,有氧效果就差
也提到說要避開重訓的時間,和重訓的時間間隔越長越好,避免重訓效果變差
到底那種說法才比較對呢?
