滷味的評估 - 健身

最近常在吃滷味
因此爬了一下版
好像大家都說滷味的鈉含量非常高
吃多了對身體很不好
尤其是它的湯頭~~~甚至是醬汁!!!
不過 我在想
我最近吃的滷味
我是只夾麵(約200卡)
再隨便三個菜(通常是地瓜葉 高麗菜 空心菜 小黃瓜 之類的)
最後再加 一塊凍豆腐
相對這樣熱量是否會比一個便當的較少呢?
而且我也沒有喝他的湯~~~~
因為對外食族來說
有時候 不吃便當 真的很難吃到青菜
滷味的話 青菜的含量就很夠!!
所以我常覺得是一個不錯的選擇
不知道這樣的觀念是否錯誤??
