第一次慢跑10圈! (*灑花*) - 健身

我之前有PO過自己很氣餒的文章在板上
7/21
那時候只能跑四圈400公尺 = =覺得自己超弱
後來我看推文給我很多鼓勵跟建議 T_T
加上自己又看了日本節目有關超慢跑的影片
就先把速度放慢到 每圈5分鐘左右 希望能跑遠一點
我都一邊跑一邊看錶 大概半圈的時候希望不要快於2分30秒這樣 保持超慢的速度
不過每圈五分鐘真的超慢 哈哈 只比走路的人快一點點而已
自己都覺得很可恥
都用晚上很少人的時間去跑 XDDDDDD
而且少人也有其他好處 不然人多自己的速度都會拉走 越跑越快
後來慢慢的一圈一圈加上去 最後一天感覺良好就一次加兩圈
這樣用超慢跑終於達到高峰可以跑十圈 當時非常之開心
但是僅此一次 因為第二天 我非常不舒服 好像感冒了一樣
全身骨頭痠痛 卻沒有發燒 GOOGLE了一下
直覺自己可能太過激烈 產生了橫紋肌溶解的輕微症狀
還好不舒服的感覺 休息兩天就結束了
但是心裡有點怕怕的
所以又休息了兩天才開始跑
這次不敢太過逞強了 又回到四圈跑起
大概是因為體力變好了 所以我四圈很快就跑完了 而且不會很累
接下來覺得自己可以拋棄超慢跑了 就開始用比較正常的速度在跑步
每圈的速度大概是3分半鐘
慢慢又開始一圈一圈的加上去
在七圈的時候多跑了幾天 因為七圈大概是3000公尺 算是我個人的第一個目標
一直到昨天 我終於又回到 10圈的紀錄
自己覺得很開心 沒想到我也真的可以用正常的速度跑10圈 O_o
都快忘了當初跑四圈就要死不活的感覺
自己也定了下一個目標是12圈 5K
在下一個目標是24圈 10K
總之在這裡留個超新手的紀錄 也鼓勵正在開始的板友
現在跑一點點就很喘沒關係 繼續堅持下去 持之以恆自然可以提升的
也推廣一下超慢跑 真的可以給新手很大的信心
但是千萬不要過度自信 像我一樣一下增加太多距離 搞到病倒得不償失
