小弟弟我最近碰到瓶頸期
重量一直上不去
在這種情況下想增加負荷
你們會選擇降重來增加訓練量嗎?
Ex:臥推50KG 3組6下
變成45KG 3組8下
總訓練量從900提升至1080kg
還是會選擇增重然後增加組數呢?
Ex:55KG 5組 4下
兩種會有差別嗎?
