我最近也在研究這個
在Calorie Count的網站上看到(順便推一下這個網站 資訊非常豐富)
USDA的建議值是碳水化合物45-65%
蛋白質 體重每公斤0.8g (假設你體重是健康範圍內)
(這樣算出來有點少 但是蛋白質吃多了似乎沒啥壞處 所以比例可以高些)
脂肪約30% (至少15%)
所以我的目標是 50%左右 20%以上 30%以下
