各位可以幫我看看我的減肥方式對嗎?>"<
我從2月中減肥到現在剛好兩個月
可是體重只掉了連一公斤都不到
不知道是什麼問題 想請各位幫我看一下~~~
現在的身高162/體重51.7
早餐:拉亞的雞柳三明治 巧克力吐司 瑞穗鮮奶
(因為前一天晚上只吃了芋泥沙拉吐司 所以早上整個大暴走)
午餐:一碗滷肉飯+少許青菜
晚餐:冬粉+五塊豬肉+少許青菜
一個禮拜至少運動四天 有一天是做瑜珈
運動方式為跑跑步機 通常速度是8~9中間
有時候累了會停一下 就跑跑停停這樣 但是會持續一個小時
每天喝水都不到1000 (不喜歡喝水>"<)
以前也曾瘦到48公斤過 但因為是沒吃東西瘦的 所以之後也漸漸胖回來
但是過完年之後整個誇張 有胖到54~55吧(也不太清楚 那時候都不敢量體重)
後來也是利用mc走後的黃金期節食+運動才瘦到52
但現在沒有節食後整個體重都減不下去QQ
剛剛去健身房想說好久沒量體重量了一下
整個心灰意懶 連跑都沒跑就回家了 囧
哀~~~~我真的很認真在運動 不知道是哪個環節有問題
是運動強度不夠 還是吃太多? 我真的很想要瘦到50阿
還是是遇到停滯期呢??那要怎麼克服??
現在整個難過到已經吃完兩包餅乾了(自暴自棄) 哀 胖很容易瘦很難啊...
可以請大家給我建議嗎 謝謝~~
