為什麼我越減越重 Orz - 減肥

28歲, 身高175cm, 體重原本73kg
想要減到68kg左右,
減肥方式不外乎是運動(兩天游泳一次, 一次30min),
早午餐正常吃, 晚餐只吃菜或是麥片,
可是一兩個月下來, 竟然越來越重Orz
現在已經75.5kg....
量測結果, 基礎代謝率有提高是沒錯, 也長了肌肉, 應該說, 增加的體重都是肌肉,
但是脂肪沒有少多少...怎麼會這樣!?
是因為飲食沒有嚴格控制嗎?
我想要減重阿阿阿阿阿
