關於雞的料理 - 減肥

開始減肥已經快一個月了
幾乎每天都會有一餐是雞胸肉或魚的料理
在這期間配合運動瘦了六七公斤吧 (小弟很胖所以瘦得較快些)
想知道我料理的方法會不會不健康 或者有什麼需要改進的
我料理雞和魚的方法:
加蒜 大量的洋蔥 胡椒 有時加一顆檸檬
想吃有味道一點的話就加些許低鈉醬油 或些許鹽
丟到鍋裡攪 讓魚或雞入味一下
之後 丟到烤箱裡去烤 20分鐘
熟了就吃
請問 這樣的吃法 會有甚麼不妥嗎?
