為什麼要吃水煮雞肉? - 減肥

看到很多減肥餐的蛋白質是吃水煮雞肉或水煮蛋
這樣比較不會太油膩沒錯.但味道也太淡了吧.
我的困惑是.那如果是自助餐的滷雞腿.或茶葉蛋..
這樣是攝取太多油脂嗎?還是只要有調味就不好?(那不好的原因是什麼?)
只能吃外食的我.只有自助餐跟茶葉蛋可以選.所以想問問大家.
