體脂 38.4
我之前最胖96公斤
花了半年才瘦10公斤
我幾乎每天都會運動(健身房
我都會先重訓20~30分鐘
然後再快走加跑步30分鐘
吃也控制少吃澱粉
但瘦的速度真的好慢
我該怎麼做呢~~
第一次po文如果有哪裡不對懇請原諒:)))
