三個月減肥心得 - 健身

健身從開始到現在也三個多月了吧!!
從一開始的下定決心,中途也荒廢了一段時間,後來又再堅持下去直到現在。
過程從一開始每天累到靠X,要去的時候心理千百個不願意,到現在如果一陣子沒去就會
感覺怪怪的XDD
身高 168
之前是68KG 體脂21%左右
三個月過去
現在是60KG 體脂14%左右
減掉8KG 7%體脂
數據跟版上的神人比是差滿多的XD
不過小魯弟也很滿足了~
一開始小魯弟衝動買了運動中心的游泳月卡,想要激勵自己每天去游泳,當然一次兩次都
有堅持住,不過第三次就好幾天後了XDD
運動中心游泳月卡(可以游泳30次,每天健身房1個小時)
一個月之後,游泳次數剩15次,健身房去了18次,體重瘦了1KG左右,體脂還是沒甚麼變
,感覺效率沒有很好,就沒事來版上爬爬文,發現運動量雖然有,可是飲食控制沒甚麼變
,都大吃大喝,也很少喝水。
於是就針對飲食還有運動量做些調整
飲食方面
每天都有喝足夠的水
早餐 – 兩片烤全麥吐司塗花生醬 + 無糖烏龍茶 (可以撐到中午都不太會餓XD)
午餐 – 自助餐(幾乎夾菜) + 半碗飯
晚餐 – 自助餐(幾乎夾菜) OR 便利商店的沙拉(沒有很餓的話)
如果晚上還餓的話,會吃點水果像芭樂、火龍果高纖低熱量之類的水果。
運動方面
變得比較常去健身房,偶爾會去游泳
暖身完
6KM跑步機 (我是從速度10開始,每1KM+0.5速度)
雙桿 4組 (一組15下)
啞鈴仰臥推 4組
抬腿 4組
深蹲4組
這樣做完就差不多一個小時了
接下來是傷眼照
