inbody測量結果 - 健身

大家好我是潛水已久的新手...
平時會有三天去學校操場或體育館的跑步機慢跑,
每次大約40~60分鐘,跑5~8公里,
然後其餘三天會在家做簡單的重訓,
是參考四週練出一身肌一書來做的,
平均是做60分鐘左右,
平時也會在家用歐姆龍的體脂計量體脂等數據,
在家量的體重43左右體之23左右,
今天去逛街剛好測到inbody...
雖然中午吃了蒸餃捲餅也喝了飲料...
但數據實在是讓我晴天霹靂!!!

教練一直說我體脂超高肌肉量嚴重不足,
身體所有數據都非常糟糕!
強烈建議我一定要來健身房...
因為我對健身工廠這類的沒研究沒遇過,
所以想詢問...我如果按照我平常自己安排的一三五跑步,
二四六在家簡單重訓,
是不是持續運動在久測inbody的數據還是一樣這麼爛...QQ
是不是一定非得要去專門的健身工廠運動?
ps:從小我身體就非常超級糟糕,雖然偶爾有運動但還是這邊痛那邊不舒服...
自從7月開始我就每天每周運動,雖然貪吃也控制飲食和熱量以及維持基代,
從體重46體脂27到現在43/23!
雖然還是常常這裡那裏不舒服但,流汗的感覺好舒服~
我還是會持續繼續努力擠時間運動的~
