練舞與小腿肌 - 健身

潛水已久,實在是被肌肉困擾好久想知道大家都怎麼處理
我158cm,大概46~48公斤
大學開始練舞之後就不怎麼在意體重了,認為重肌肉總比輕輕的肥油好啊((笑
我因為舞風的關係,非常著重腿部肌肉的耐力與否(Jazz和Dancehall)
跳到現在大概一年多一些,大腿前側肌肉發達我已經無所謂了,可是小腿肌真的讓我很崩
潰啊啊啊啊啊!
我練完舞洗澡後通常都會用身體乳按摩,有時候前一天乳酸堆積照常按,覺得有按有保庇啊
...睡前也會靠牆抬腿大概半小時,外加平躺靠牆懸空劈腿(可以拉到大腿內側蠻舒服),但
小腿還是日益茁壯我實在是...
不曉得大家怎麼處理這問題?
有什麼方法可以讓肌肉強壯又不會視覺炸裂嗎QAQ
