每次高強度運動完隔天,如果沒睡飽,必定會全身無力,運動狀況會很差
而且沒睡滿8小時,一定會頭非常暈眩..
然後沒運動必定失眠..
現在幾乎很少有氧了,不知道是不是睡眠品質?
可是睡眠環境都一樣
是什麼營養攝取不足??
有人有跟我一樣的症狀嗎
