無法亞洲蹲的話 怎麼硬舉和深蹲比較好 - 健身

如題
小弟就是那種無法亞洲蹲的人
蹲下去腳後跟無法貼齊地板
要墊起來那種
有去爬文
大概就是阿基里斯腱太硬
不過沒有查到什麼比較好的訓練法
目前深蹲
小弟的朋友是建議我
稍微墊個小槓片 讓中心能確實壓在腳後跟
但是長久下來這樣可以嗎
還是無所謂呢
硬舉方面
小弟就是用相撲式硬舉
腳打開一點抓好槓重心能往後
腳後跟也能貼地
不過好像有時候肩頰會沒後收
加上一些圓背問題 導致今天昨晚腰部有點酸
可能還要修正....
不過因為無法亞洲蹲的關係
所以傳統式好像就比較困難呢
請問板上前輩有遇過或指導過類似問題的經驗嗎
