無法跑步無法游泳 - 健身

韌帶受傷醫生不建議跑步
之後連續游泳游了一陣子肩膀開始疼痛
其實肩膀一直都有肌腱炎的的問題
平常身體狀況好時的運動量是
每天慢跑5km/30mins or 游泳自由式 1000m/30mins
時間多時 both
這周末想說休息幾天再去游泳看肩膀會不會好些 結果今天下水還是痛到不太能划手
請問除了慢跑跟游泳之外還有什麼有氧可以做呢
